2018 Public Law Conference: ‘The Frontiers of Public Law’

A few AdJASA members participated in the first two conferences in the biennial Public Law Conference series, which took place in Cambridge in 2014 and 2016. The third conference in the series, on the theme ‘The Frontiers of Public Law’, promises to be even more stimulating and enjoyable. It is being co-organised by the University of Cambridge and the University of Melbourne, and will be held at the Melbourne School of Law on 11-13 July 2018.

A conference website has been launched and a call for papers issued: see http://law.unimelb.edu.au/public-law-conference#home. The 2018 conference will feature papers from about 70 leading judges and scholars drawn from across the common-law world – including our own Professor Hugh Corder. The deadline for submission of abstracts is 25 August 2017.
