The Administrative Justice Association of South Africa (AdJASA) has established a Special Interest Group (SIG) on public procurement law. The inaugural meeting of the SIG will take place on Monday 18 June 2018 at the offices of Webber Wentzel attorneys, 90 Rivonia Road Sandton. Anyone is welcome to attend. A limited number of people will also be able to join the event by way of virtual link at Webber Wentzel’s Cape Town offices.
The SIG has been established to assist its members to keep abreast with the ever-increasing number of legislative enactments and judicial pronouncements in this field of law and to contribute to procurement law reform. The SIG is open to any person with an interest in public procurement law.
